· Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Processing times vary based on craftsmanship, typically requiring 15-20 business days before shipping.
· Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET will begin processing on the next business day.

To protect against fraud, some orders may require additional verification. If additional documents are needed, we will contact you via email.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
