At VANTOVA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Items Eligible for Return
We accept returns for ready-to-wear items that meet the following conditions:
· The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
· The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
· All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
· The item has not been altered or customized.
2.2 Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
· Made-to-order and custom-tailored items
· Personalized or monogrammed products
· Items purchased on sale or promotion
If an item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).
4.2 Shipping Your Return
· Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
· Clearly label the package with the return authorization number (RAN).
· Ship via tracked courier service (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to the return address provided.
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Processing
· Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
· Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
· Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
5.2 Store Credit Option
If preferred, customers may choose store credit instead of a refund, which can be applied toward future purchases.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact contact@vantova.ch within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. International Returns
For international returns:
· Clearly mark the package as a "Returned Item" to avoid customs fees.
· Customers are responsible for any return customs duties or taxes.
· We do not accept packages with unpaid customs fees.
